Cancellation, Travel and Payment Policy
Cancellation
In case of a no-show, late cancellation (within 24 hrs), and lack of rescheduling, 50 % of the treatment price is going to be charged.
Payment
Please note that currently, we offer the following payment options:
Cash (either in local currency – KYD or USD) on the spot, credit/debit card payment and online bank transfer.
Please note that for card payments, a surcharge of 3.5% (USD) or 2.5% (KYD) will be applied to the final invoice.
